PUBG Corporation has officially unveiled the PUBG Nations Cup 2023, marking its return as a prestigious esports event in the world of PUBG (Player Unknown’s Battle Grounds). As the third instalment in the Nations Cup series, this competition brings together top players from various countries, competing in their national colours for the honour of being crowned the ultimate PUBG national team and securing a share of the substantial prize pool.

The inaugural PUBG Nations Cup took place in 2019, which India did not participate. Team Russia emerged victorious in the tournament held in Seoul, claiming a $100,000 prize. Subsequent editions of the championship were put on hold in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic but resumed in 2022 in Bangkok. The PUBG Nations Cup 2022 saw the United Kingdom seize the title and a $100,000 prize.

This year, the United Kingdom enters as the defending champion, setting the stage for another thrilling competition.

PUBG Nations Cup will include a varied spectrum of competing teams from all over the world. The teams competing in PNC 2023 are as follows:

This year, the PNC 2023 will return to Seoul, South Korea, which hosted the inaugural event in 2019. The event will be held from September 15th through September 17th, with a prize pool of $ 300,000 plus additional crowdfunding donations. The PNC 2023 will take place over three days and will include a total of 18 intense matches displaying the outstanding skills of the competing teams. There will be a point system in place, and the team with the most points after three days will be proclaimed the winner.

Furthermore, the event will include a live audience and information about the stadium and tickets will be released soon.

Team India to Participate for the First Time At PUBG Nations Cup 2023 (PNC)

The inclusion of Team India in the PNC 2023 has piqued the interest of spectators. They are excitedly awaiting the announcement of the players who will represent the country on the international stage. Pratik “Aurum” Mehra, Amit “Amit_Coldzera” Dubey, Nishant “iFlicks” Murlidharan, and Rohan “HydraFlick” Ledwani are among the notable players who have previously demonstrated their talent for India.
