The Battlefield Mobile Open Beta testing phase has been made available for a limited number of regions by Electronic Arts. It is the first mobile game from the Battlefield franchise and there was a closed beta held earlier. In five locations—the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore—the open beta is underway. It is not yet available in India, however, the pre-registrations for the game are still open.

Given that the game is scheduled for release in 2022 or early 2023, we may anticipate that the open beta will shortly begin in other countries also, including India. Indian users may now pre-register for the newest Battlefield mobile game on the Play Store.

Battlefield Mobile Open Beta Has Begun in Five Selected Regions

Battlefield Mobile’s Open Beta Testing phase is exclusively available for Android devices only and iOS compatibility has not yet been made accessible.

Players who have pre-registered in the five aforementioned areas can visit the Google Play Store to get the game directly. The players who will play the game in this open beta phase will get to explore various aspects of the game, with EA stating that players can explore:

• Fight for control of the AO in Conquest, 
• Advance your front line in Warpath, 
• Sabotage and defend MCOM stations in Rush, 
• The battle to the last soldier standing in Team Deathmatch, 
• And test your mettle in a variety of special modes, some yet to come.

Given the popularity of Call of Duty Mobile and the perception that the Call of Duty brand is the primary rival of the Battlefield franchise, Electronic Arts’ foray into the mobile gaming market with Battlefield Mobile is not shocking. Although it’s an odd strategy to start open beta testing in Southeast Asian countries, it makes sense given how popular gaming is in the area and how Battlefield Mobile can target this market.

Battlefield Mobile Android Minimum Specs

• Android 8.0 or later
• Snapdragon 835 or better
• Exynos 9 (8895) or better
• At least 3 GB RAM
• At least 2 GB of storage space
• Must be a 64-bit system

The newest stand-alone mobile game from DICE and EA is Battlefield Mobile. Even if the franchise’s most recent instalment, Battlefield 2042, was a major flop, it cannot be evaluated just on that one instance. It should be mentioned that Battlefield 1 (2016) has the greatest concurrent player count on Steam.
